 Low Volume Consumer or Designated Consumer
The Ontario government set new commodity prices for electricity, which came into effect on April 1, 2004. This change is an important step toward establishing a pricing structure in Ontario that more closely reflects the true cost of electricity and encourages customers to conserve. Please download the Certification form here to verify that you meet the requirements of a 'Designated Consumer' in regards to multi-unit residential premises, and if so, fill in the form and return it to Newmarket Hydro.
