Fill out the form with all appropriate
information from a copy of your Newmarket Hydro bill.
Make sure to enter everything as it appears on the bill
in capitals (use caps lock). Include all zeroes that
appear on your bill. Do not include any letters in your
account number. Postal codes are separated by a single
space.
Watch your email for a message from
Newmarket Hydro Customer Service, containing
your password to access your account and further instructions.
To access your account, enter the password exactly
as seen in the confirmation email, including all upper/lowercase
letters as they appear - capitals matter! You may change
your password once you have signed in.
Once you have received the email, use
this password together with the information from your
bill to access your account using the "My Account"
button on the top of the Newmarket Hydro website.
